Voucher Terms:

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

• Transferable to any business or non-profit organization

• Full redemption must be initiated within validity period

• Unused vouchers eligible for $3,000 return after 12-month period

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after voucher expiration

• Services included in voucher cannot be partially redeemed or exchanged for cash

• Craft & Slate reserves the right to assess recipient business fit prior to redemption

• Additional services beyond voucher scope available at preferential rates

• Voucher number must be referenced when initiating redemption

• Redemption subject to team availability (minimum 2-week scheduling notice recommended)

Return Policy:

• Return value of $3,000 payable within 30 days of verified return request

• Return payments made via original payment method unless otherwise specified

• Vouchers that have been partially redeemed are not eligible for return
