Craft & Slate is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a remote position. This role is perfect for budding designers looking to expand their skills in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for various digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Collaborate with senior designers and content creators to conceptualize and execute creative solutions. 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and projects. 

  • Meet project deadlines and quality standards under supervision.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. 

  • Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication in a remote team environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus.

Terms & Conditions

Project performance based remuneration until the probation period is successfully completed.
Fixed Salary: A fixed salary will be offered after passing probation. Remote Work: This position is fully remote, offering flexibility with structured project timelines. Probationary Period: A 3-month probation period is in place, during which the designer is expected to complete a minimum of 5 projects monthly.
Performance Expectations: Junior designers are expected to demonstrate the ability to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality design standards.
