Craft & Slate is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a remote position. This role is perfect for budding designers looking to expand their skills in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for various digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with senior designers and content creators to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs and projects.
Meet project deadlines and quality standards under supervision.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication in a remote team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus.

Terms & Conditions

Project performance based remuneration until the probation period is successfully completed.
Fixed Salary: A fixed salary will be offered after passing probation. Remote Work: This position is fully remote, offering flexibility with structured project timelines. Probationary Period: A 3-month probation period is in place, during which the designer is expected to complete a minimum of 5 projects monthly.
Performance Expectations: Junior designers are expected to demonstrate the ability to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality design standards.
