Creative Assistant - Remote
We are looking for a Creative Assistant to work remotely. English language is a priority.
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Craft & Slate Creative Agency. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage posts on various social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Social Media Optimization (SMO): Optimize social media content to improve reach, engagement, and visibility using best practices and platform-specific techniques.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media data, trends, and campaign performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and improve strategies.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community engagement to strengthen brand relationships.
Competitor & Trend Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the market.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
Ad Campaign Support: Assist in creating and optimizing paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely and organized execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Ability to analyze social media data and trends
Experience with social media analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
