Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in local languages where applicable is required. Candidates will select their preferred region (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Georgia, EMEA) based on their expertise and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your chosen region.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in business development or sales roles preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in English; fluency in the local language of the selected region.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Terms & Conditions

Compensation: Commission-based structure, including a 5% performance bonus and 10% commission on closed deals. Probationary Period: Initial commission-only compensation structure during a 3-month probationary period. Sales Targets: Expected to close a minimum of 10 deals per month during probation.
Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexible hours. Must be able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in the local language of the chosen region (e.g., Thai for Thailand, Malay for Malaysia, Turkish for Turkey, etc.). Performance Review: Regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met. Failure to meet targets may result in termination of the probation period.
