Craft & Slate is seeking a Global Sales Manager to support business development and international sales initiatives. This role involves managing client relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong sales skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate global markets. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships. 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. 

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to capitalize on market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in global sales and business development roles. 

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Terms & Conditions

Compensation Structure: $300 over 3 months, with a 5% performance bonus and $200 commission on every deal closed. Probationary Period: Initial compensation structure during probation. Sales Targets: Expected to close a minimum of 10 deals monthly. Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

Remuneration

$2300 - $8000
